Lorna brings over 30 years of hands-on experience and market knowledge in the real estate industry as a Broker, Business Coach, and entrepreneur. Her success as a REALTOR® in New Hampshire led to the opening of her own brokerage in 2000. In 2008, Lorna relocated to Honolulu, HI where she was a Productivity and Business Development Coach. She was responsible for devising sales training programs and curriculums to build strategic teams, and instilling accountability and profitability in more than 250 agents which resulted in sales of over $1 billion annually. In 2013, Lorna opened a franchised brokerage in Honolulu. As the Principal Broker, she supervised all aspects of business operations including risk management, fiscal reporting, and contract review. Most recently, Lorna served as an independent Business Coach for Tom Ferry International, real estate’s leading coaching and training company, where she guided agents and brokers across the country on effective ways to build a profitable real estate business through lead generation, team building, prospecting, financial budgeting, and social media marketing. Lorna graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Leadership. She is a licensed broker in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Maine, and Hawaii and holds the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) designations. Outside the corporate arena, Lorna looks to feed her insatiable desire for travel by immersing in nature and exploring new cultures. In 2013 she summited the highest free-standing mountain in the world, Mt. Kilimanjaro in Africa.
